For those who don;t know already, The Fatty Bao in Andheri is an extension of its Bandra version, albeit with a completely new look. Designed to be an Izakaya {Japanese-style gastropub} and Noodleshop, this Fatty Bao will surely make you go wow! As you enter and kind of get over the beauty of the space, go ahead and choose your spot from their three seating options that are available. Sit by the bar on comfy stools, at the high tables for a solo dinner or with a friend, or at the high stool table which is perfect for a small group or even a romantic date {those Asian-style lamps above give some great lighting}.
As you walk around and marvel at the lovely interiors, you will spot panels of origami art work and plenty of mirrors. There’s also an area with regular style seating, for those who prefer deep bucket seats and a table. The fantastic lighting, wooden and bamboo theme, wall murals and more simply make dining at The Fatty Bao an amazing experience.
What's Cooking, Good-Looking?
The menu, of course, is the real winner here. Look forward to some delicious small plates, soupy noodles {customised to the T} and an entire section dedicated to Onigirazu Sushi {sandwich sushis}, sizzling Gyozas drizzled with chili oil, Robatayaki skewers, bowls of hearty Ramens and delectable desserts. What more does one need? Well, may be some alcohol? The Fatty Bao manages to ace that section too.
