What Makes It Awesome?

Tried experiencing the buffets of this 5-star hotel. I found this place, "Tiara- Meluha The Fern".
The buffet has a
-1 Veg, 1 Non-Veg soup
-2 Veg, 2 Non Veg starters
-4 gravies Non-Veg and Veg each, that makes a total of 8 gravy.
-Steam Rice and Pulao (changes daily)
-Bread
-Oriental live counter
-Desserts
When we were here for the buffet there were 3 types of Pastries, Chocolate brownie, Mango custard, Rasmali sandwich, Gajar halwa, Sugar free pannacotta.

We were served with tasting portions of a few chef curated starters.
-Nachos Indiana (chicken)
These were the best nachos I've ever had. Freshly baked crispy nacho chips with chicken keema and 2types of cheese. I yet crave to have them again. They were simple, and the best.

-Malabari Quesadilla (chicken)
Malbari Parathas in quesadilla shape with a chicken Chettinad filling inside. How innovative was this dish! A fusion of Indian
cuisine with European cuisine.

-Hara Chana Falafel & Hara Chana hummus on Papdi
This again was an excellent appetizer for the vegetarians. Loaded with flavours and just binding all the flavors together. It was a perfect match.

The tasting portions filled our tummies actually.
I had tried the chicken beer soup. It tasted very similar to cream of chicken soup. The hint of beer was very dilute. So it's considered a non-alcoholic soup only. There was lemon chicken with corn which was delicious. Paneer Nawabzade was superb. We had it with butter kulcha which was super soft. Desserts were heavenly. I tried each and every dessert and I got no complaints at all.
