Pokket Cafe is a small and affordable cafe located just 10 mins away from Thane Station. Their menu is extensive with vegetarian and non-vegetarian food that includes burgers, pizza, appetizers, different varieties of teas, coffee, etc. The prices here start from ₹40 to ₹400.
What I ordered -
Beverage:
Lemon Mint Black Tea: Being a fan of tea, this was a turn down for me. The tea was brewed more, so the tea taste had changed. Mint flavour was not empowering.
Blue Ocean Iced Tea: A tea good to enjoy before meals. The flavour was a little more like mocktail and less like a tea.
Food:
Fried Spring Rolls - Deep fried Spring rolls stuffed with vegetables served along with Mayo and Schezwan Sauce. It was delicious. If you do not have spice tolerance, ask them to serve the sauce on the side.
Tandoori Paneer Pizza 12" - I loved this pizza. Perfectly thin crust with a very delicious topping of cheese, sauce and paneer. A must-try here.
Momos - Veg Momos served along with Schezwan Sauce. It had minced saucy vegetables.
Summarizing, the place is small, yet very affordable and a good pick to hang out with friends.
