Kofuku is decent in size with an ambience made using a lot of wooden elements. It actually gives you a feeling that you are inside a Japanese house. The seatings are arranged systematically and they have also arranged the traditional Japanese floor seating which is perfect for a meal with groups. Also, they have a live sushi & beverage platform made in front of the seatings where you can see how things are made.
They specialise in authentic Japanese cuisine and the menu is specially crafted by Chef James Biaka plus they have other Asian cuisines covered as well. The menu is self-explanatory with descriptions available and also they have explained the types of Sushis which is great. Dishes for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians are nicely balanced. Prices are high but the quantity and the quality justifies.
What I Recommend -
Appetizers: Chicken Gyoza Dumpling, Special Cucumber Maki Roll(Veg), James Sushi Roll(Prawns).
Mains: Dolsot Bibimpap(Chicken), Tepanyaki Fried Rice(Prawns)
Desserts: Mochi Ice Cream
Mocktails: Kofuku Special, Orange Basil Mojito.
