What Makes It Awesome?

The Kibbeh Akras at Rue De Liban is a great dish. It is basically a cracked wheat patty filled with sauteed minced lamb, onions and served with garlic labneh. The outer shell is pretty hard but once you bite into it you get a nice hit of the aromas of the lamb.

When I say spicy here I don't mean hot. I mean you get a whole host of spices that give a very pleasant aroma.

The garlic sauce really helps to balance the flavours of this dish. It's a good dish to share when you are waiting for the main course.

How Much Did It Cost?
