Drool Alert: This Chocolate Shop Is Selling Air, Fire And Water-Themed Chocolates

Scrumpdillyicious. If that’s the word that comes to your mind when you think ‘chocolate’, you’d love to know about the chocolate shop we uncovered in Parel.

That’s a simple formula that we have followed our whole life. Recently, we tumbled across a new chocolate shop {we love saying that repeatedly} in ITC Grand Central, Parel. Named Fabelle, the store occupies a small, but delicious corner on the ground floor of the hotel.

The flavours they have up for grabs currently are an ‘elements collection’ – different dark chocolate pralines representing different element – ‘Water’ which is dark mousse chocolate with French sea salt, ‘Fire’, dark chocolate with chilli flavour and mango. ‘Wood’ with cinnamon and coffee flavours and more. They even have different ganache chocolates, one with apple and cinnaGmon and others made of creamy milk chocolate.

We tried the gianduja – milk chocolate with Turkish hazelnut, which was delicious, creamy and addictive to bite into {be warned that it melts easily}. A box of 12 cubes of Gianduja chocolates will come for INR 825 and an assortment of 20 pralines {elements range} will come for INR 1595.

They will pack it up in nice tin boxes that you can store later, and even pad the box up with ice gels so that the chocolates last longer in the heat.

The boxes are definitely a special buy – maybe for the boss’ birthday which is coming up. Or you could get one for yourself and promise to have one every three days only.
