What Makes It Awesome?

Recently we visited this outlet and it was really good. It is located on the 1st floor of Inorbit mall next to "Tight". Need to mention, Soy Street has a good huge sitting set up attached along with a rooftop sitting area.

It has wooden seating set up with a colour combination of black and white with a touch of quirky wall art framing Asian heritage, life and culture. In short a nice, comfortable seating arrangement. We're greeted well by the staff, and handed over a bloggers special menu.

We started with Mocktails and shakes:

We ordered:
Pinacolada and Blueberry coffee with a choco-chip shake.

Both drinks were very beautifully presented and had a good refreshing taste to it. Thick! Rich and delicious!

For starters, we tried,

Devilled Pumpkin Cutlet: As the name indicates, it was six pieces o spicy pumpkin cutlet served hot with mustard sauce to dip in. It was good in taste. The pumpkin taste won't bother you much.

Bangkok Crispy Chicken: If you like Crispy chicken then you'll surely love this dish. Juicy Crispy Chicken perfectly mixed and cooked in delectable spices and sauces! Highly recommended .-

In mains we had:

Nasigoreng Chicken rice: It's a spicy Indonesian fried rice topped with a sunny side up egg and served with chicken skewers and crunchy prawn chips.

Chicken Mushroom Pot rice: Fluffy rice, browned earthy mushrooms, chicken and a whole lot of onions, garlic and seasoning – so good.

In desserts we hogged:

Salted Caramel Chocolate Tart: Tender, buttery shortbread crust, with rich salted caramel and dark chocolate ganache. Loved it!

Sizzling Brownie with vanilla ice cream: This is sumthing I'll never get bored off!

Overall we had a good experience here at Soy Street! It would have been even better if instead of bloggers menu we had the given an open menu to choose from. Would have loved to try der Baos, dumplings and sushi!

But nevermind, there's always the next time. But whatever we had. It tasted pretty well.

Do visit this place to spend quality time with your loved and dear ones while trying some good authentic pan Asian food.
