Where should you eat next? That's one question that's always on everyone's mind. Surprisingly, our maximum city manages to find some way to squeeze in a new bar or restaurant worth dining at. If you're someone who loves hopping to the newest or the trendiest place in the city, bookmark this list and make some reservations, stat!

Crisol

Juhu has got a new spot for Peruvian ingredients made with Japanese techniques. Located on Juhu Tara Road, this new restaurant has an exciting menu. There's of course sushi and ceviche, but it's a little different than you'd expect. You can find  Tiradito, which is raw fish like sashimi and served like carpaccio. They also offer Nikkei Sushi, which is sushi rolled with Peruvian ingredients (think: blue rice, rocoto creamy sauce, anticucho sauce and more). They're also serving Anticuchos, which are Preuvian street style marinated meat skewers; and there's of course ceviche as well.

Tsubaki

Worli has a new Japanese spot! The restaurant has opened opposite the Worli Village Bus Dept and is offering Japaense basics: Black Cod Miso, Katsu Curry, Pajeon, Tempura, Karage and more. They also have Nigiri, Sashimi, Maki Rolls, if you're in the mood for sushi. And, Gyoza and other cold appetizers like Tuna Tartare, White Fish Carpaccio, among others.

Chufang Asian Kitchen & Bar

Yet another Asian restaurant and bar has graced BKC; and we're not complaining! Dig into a pan-Asian menu, which includes Sushi, Dim Sum, Cheung Fun, Bao; appetiers like Lat Mai Kai, Crispy Lamb with Raw Mango, mains that include Thai Curry, Tong Curry, Tobajan Sauce, and more.

Subko Mini at Kitab Khana

Mumbai's favourite bookstore in Fort, Kitab Khana now houses a Subko Mini. So you can grab a cup of craft coffee while you read here. The kiosk will offer Subko's usual variety of speciality coffee, craft bakes and eats which include their new regionally inspired desi sandwiches on Subko's focaccia, and other classics on Subko's sourdough.

Summer Menu at The Bombay Canteen

Right in time for the hot months of May, The Bombay Canteen's menu has been updated with the season's specials. You can expect to find seasonal produce like ripe tomatoes, bael (Bengal quince), brinjals, amaranth, petha (ash gourd); and of course an array of mangoes including Ratnagiri and Devgad Hapus, Banganapalle, Mankurad, Badami, Chausa, Neelam, Kesar, Laxmanbhog.

The new menu features a chilled ‘Rasam Vada’ which is a cold clarified rasam served with tomato salad made of local red cherry, black indigo and sun peach gold tomatoes, served with cheesy black garlic vadas. Chef Hussain's take on Bihar's littli chokha is a smoky Baigan Chokha, which is topped with tomato, cilantro oil, pickled chillies and fried garlic chips served with the litti inspired sattu papdi. There's also Summer Greens Patta Chaat made with crispy fried amaranth, poi saag and palak, Surat special Corn Locho, a vegetarian Haleem - the new Millet Haleem. A new version of the popular Begum’s Baked Brie is on the menu too; with dollops of Bael Murabba. Non-vegetarian plates include Konkani Chicken Sukka, Khasi Pork Taco from Meghalaya, Chilled Seabass "Sev Puri".

For mains, or as The Bombay Canteen calls it, Badas - include Smoked Petha & Mirch Salan, Dak Bangla Chicken, Shetty Hotel Style Fish Pulimunchi, Kizhi Parotta, among other items.

You can also taste India's various mangoes. As the season changes, so will the mango offerings. From Andhra Pradesh - Banganapalle, from Maharashtra - Ratnagiri and Devgad varieties, Mankurad and Hilario from Goa, and from Karnataka and Tamil Nadu there's Badami, Totapuri, Raspuri and Mallika; Chausa and Dasheri from Uttar Pradesh; and the Malda from West Bengal, Gujarat’s Kesar, and a whole lot more.

New Menu at Hitchki R City

Hitchki at R City Mall has a new menu, and they've turned up the notch by adding some an unusual twist to street food favourites to take you down memory lane. The menu now includes Butter Cream Momo, Popeye Enchilada which of course is loaded with spinach, appetizers like Hitchki Dosa Poppers, and mains like Harry Pot Rice and Paneer Ale Lababdar. They've updated their cocktails too, so you can sip on Martell V.S Bombay Sapphire, Patron XO Café, Jim Beam, and Talisker 10 YO.

Coming Soon: Indian Accent Mumbai

Chef Manish Mehrotra will be bringing his culinary prowess with Indian Accent to Mumbai. Set to open before the end of this year, while not much has been said, it's confirmed that an outpost of the Delhi restaurant will be opening at Jio World Centre in BKC. The kitchen at the Mumbai outpost will be helmed by Executive Chef Shantanu Mehrotra, who has been the executive chef at Indian Accent Delhi since its opening. 

For the uninitiated, Indian Accent has won several international awards over the years and frequently features on Asia's 50 Best Restaurants too.
