Bkc has become a new hub for an all-new variety of restaurants with a different level of restaurants serving the best of the new trending food and dishes. One such is Butterfly High. Butterfly High is a new trending restaurant in Mumbai. Having a tough job in BKC? I guess walking to Butterfly high is surely going to get you going with your lunch breaks or after office parties.
The ambience is so beautiful that I am out of words to describe it. Beautiful bar by the side with amazing furniture making the place super comfy. The staff is so courteous and so down to earth, they will make sure you are not out of anything and always walk up before you need anything. That's some amazing hospitality.
The must-try dish would be
1- Margarita - A simple cocktail with a tequila base with lime juice and cranberry quiet a soothing drink.
2- The Original Proposal - Well well I am in absolute love with this drink it has 100pippers and amazing rose petals making it have a very beautiful rosy smell. Loved it.
3- Prawns Rava Fry - Probably the most crunchy and the spiciest prawns appetizer I have ever had.
4-Dahi Ke Kebab - Was wondering how it would be but must say the kebab was quite mild and have light spiciness with the garlic compote on the top with red radish topping.
5-Crumb Friend Sriracha Paneer Bao- Super soft Bao with very crispy and spicy paneer filling man loved it.
6- Pasta Ala Rose- A simple classic pasta dish with a mix of red and white sauce.
7- Marioas Discovery - Probably the cutest dessert I have even seen. Presentation-wise loved it. It has macron as a mushroom with white and dark chocolate as the stem and brownie crumbles as the soil and a bit of whipped cream on the sides. Loved it ❤.
