Here's The Scoop: The Fluffiest Pancakes In Mumbai Are At The Sassy Spoon

I went with a bunch of friends on a lovely Sunday afternoon for a relaxed {read: long} brunch. We ordered some sangrias and stuffed potato skins and my favourite brunch dish pancakes.

I've had pancakes at most popular restaurants in Bombay and these by far were the most fluffy. Full of love and sweetness. They serve them with maple syrup and chocolate sauce.

Hmm, I know what you're thinking: too sweet. But no! There were just perfect! In fact, I ordered a shot of whipped cream too.

Nothing quite. I had a good time.
