No Kidding: This Oshiwara Cafe Will Serve You A Pizza Topped With Burgers

Dhinshaw’s Xpress Cafe had been hiding away in Oshiwara with their unique pizzas and freak shakes. But we dug it out and present you with most unique pizzas in town.

The unique pizzas at Dhinshaw’s Xpress cafe are all the creation of their 21-year old chef, Ronit Bhagchandani. The Italians may take credit for this wondrous discovery, but Rohit has gone a step ahead and outdone them and how. He’s created a special pizza menu that offers pizza topped with sliders, a dessert pizza with oreos as toppings, or even a sunny side egg finding its way to a cheesy pizza’s base. There’s something for everyone, looking at you labelled on-vegetarian and vegetarian folks.

Our favourite one is the ultra unique, NYC classic pizza which is basically a pizza topped with cheese, then topped with mini burgers and mini pizzas then baked again. Sounds delicious, doesn’t it?

Everything off the special menu – which may find its way to the regular menu  soon enough. There’s a messy peri fries pizza {with oodles and oodles of cheddar cheese with peri peri fries}, the keema ghotala pizza {minced meat base with sunny side up baked with loads of cheese}, and then the most amazing NYC classic pizza {our favourite one so far which is a pizza topped with mini burgers and pizza sliders}. The list doesn’t end here, but how about you go out and explore it yourself? The pizzas are all handmade there- from the dough to their tomato sauces and the toppings. Which also lends a very personal touch to these pizzas.

All of these pizzas are priced at INR 399 {inclusive of all taxes}. Dhinshaw’s in general is a cute little cafe in the lanes of Oshiwara beckoning people to come and enjoy their chill vibe. In the evenings, it gets really busy so be warned of the wait. Also, their playlist is super nostalgic and enjoyable. Waiting for the 90s throwback? Get your Bryan Adams lyrics in order then.

Pizza topped with burgers, and fries or even oreos? Yes, and YES. To all the pizza lovers, if you’d been waiting for little Italy, this is where you must go. Just be prepared for the experimentation.
