Shizusan is a newly opened Pan Asian Restaurant in Phoenix Marketcity, Kurla. The interiors of the restaurant are pretty and the lighting and the music just give us nice vibes.
We tried a lot of their vegetarian and non-vegetarian options and loved a lot of their dishes.
We began with some cocktails and mocktails. Definitely give the Mogo Mogo Iced Tea a try as it is a unique creation at Shizusan. Also in cocktails don't forget to try the Spring Garden.
We had a couple of dimsums and sushis, Edamame dimsums and Poached Chicken dumplings, both of them were great and if you are on a dimsum rager, then definitely ask for a second serving.
In sushis we had the Spring Blush and Tempura Prawn sushi, it's regular one but the size of portions is good enough.
For appetizers, we had the Pathani Chicken Wings and Dragon Fire Chicken. The wings are something you shouldn't miss, a different take on the quintessential wings. The dragon chicken tasted like honey chilli chicken.
For the vegetarian options, we had the Kung Pao Potatoes and Crispy Shitake Mushrooms. Both of them tasted quite similar.
In mains, we had the Prawns in XO sauce with Steamed Rice. I loved the preparation of this dish very much.
For the vegetarians, the stir-fried seasonal greens were quite amazing.
Coming to the desserts, I simply loved both the ones I had. We had the Tender Coconut Cheesecake and the Manilas Halo Halo Sundae. Don't leave this place without trying both of these out.
Highly Recommended!
The non vegetarian menu is quite extensive and has a variety, but the vegetarian one needs a look upon.
