What's On The Table?
The cafe is much-revered for its Parsi dishes on its quintessential Bombay Irani Cafe menu, and they will be retaining all their menu favourites. From the classic dhansak, berry pulao and patra ni macchi for the mains, to mawa cake or apple pie custard for the dessert, we can’t wait to indulge in Parsi goodies we’ve so far had to trek to the interiors of BKC for.
And The Walls?
We love the quirky, tongue-in-cheek Bawa humour that SBOW comes with. The blackboard that states out the rules of the establishment {no flirting and no flatulence}, and the jukebox at the bar that belts out The Beatles are two of our favourites we’re looking forward to seeing in Thane.
When Is This Bottle Opening?
The outlet is set to open within two months. We for one are very excited that SBOW’s unique take on Parsi food will find takers further afield, so keep an eye out for this one. We’d love to have a pool table at this outlet, like Delhi. Pretty please?
