Brunches are usually related to Sundays but if you think Sunday brunches are overdone, then Dashanzi at JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu has an amazing delectable Saturday brunch you must try.
When it comes to good Asian food, Dashanzi has always been my favourite. For Asian food lovers, this place is a paradise. From mouthwatering Sushi to uber soft Dim sums and rolls, Dashanzi has everything one needs. The best part about this brunch is that you are not limited to a few mains. There are plenty of rice and noodle options with gravy combinations to choose from. We really liked pairing our noodles with their Fragrant Chicken In Black Sauce. They also have options in lamb too.
To complement the food, we recommend picking from their range of Gin based cocktails. We tried their cocktails which were specially made using the Monkey 47 Gin. This was the first time we tried Monkey 47 and loved it. Our picks were Asian Gin and Tonic {A good old classic but with a twist of an orange peel flambe which gave the drink an aromatic citrusy feel} and Ginstastic which was fantastic {it tasted like a twisted berry sangria}.
Don't forget to pick from their wide range of desserts. Their cookies and red velvet pasties are amazing. I also liked the subtle techno music played by the DJ which complemented the whole Asian theme of Dashanzi. Overall, Dashanzi is a good place to visit if you're looking to go for a one of kind Asian Saturday brunch.
