Tanatan is a perfect place to drop by for a relaxed evening with delicious Indian food. Great location near Juhu beach opposite Novotel.
The whole place is classic with a leather chair and a cosy environment. The place is furnished very nicely. Tastefully decorated with the bar in the centre. A live performance adds to the experience. They were playing mostly Hindi popular songs.
Serving desi food with great taste. Prices are consistent with the Juhu area. We had a good experience with the service here. Didn't have any problems with the servers.

-Sharabi Kava: Innovative cocktail made of whiskey and cinnamon. Our server lighted the cinnamon and dipped in the drink. So the cocktail had a smoky flavour.
-Juhu Kala Khatta: Our desi ice golas given mocktail twist. Taste amazing and addictive.
-Khow Suey Samosa: Deconstructed samosa as they claim. A stuffed samosa served in vodka glass with a Thai curry type dip. A novelty and tasty dish.
-Neer Dosa With Gassi Prawns: A dish of succulent and juicy prawns in a tangy and medium spicy curry. Neer dosa amazingly thin and light. Great combination with gassi prawns sabji.
-Sunny-Side Up Appam With Chicken Sukha: Another classy main course from Tanatan. This dish for those who want to avoid gravy based sabji. Chicken sukha packed with spices and flavour. Sunnyside up egg on rice bread appam went well with the sabzi.
-Lamb Shank Pulao: A fragrant rice with caramelized onions and succulent lamb meat. The pulao was incredibly flavorful and seasoned very well. Served with raita. The most special rice dish I've tried in recent memory.
-Chocolate Hazelnut Fondant with Vanilla Icecream: A wonderful chocolate dessert enclosing melted chocolate and caramel. Delicious combination with vanilla. Sinful indulgence!
