What Makes It Awesome?

Just 100 meters from the local station and 1.5 kilometres from the airport, this hostel is the ultimate destination for solo travellers visiting Bombay. With its wooden flooring and yellow lights, Locomo has a home-like feel. With its first hostel in Jodhpur, this hostel chain is less than a year old.

Shoot them your budget and they have all possible categories for you to choose from AC, non-AC, female dorms, private rooms, and the most exciting luxury dorm. By just pinching in an extra sum you can stay in a super spacious four-bed dormitory which has a study and a super cute swing.

Their beautiful terrace stole my heart. If you want to get the real feel of Bombay, this is the perfect place with a view of local vendors, trains, young children, and a lot of hustle-bustle. The terrace also has a mini ping-pong table.

Just outside the terrace, is an enclosed area where they have a fully equipped kitchen and the common room (chilling zone). This is my favourite place in the entire hostel where everyone come together as a family to play games, eat food, and engage in endless conversations.

Not just this, they also provide an array of exciting activities like open-air yoga sessions, Indian cuisine classes, Bollywood movie nights, pub crawls, and obviously the city tour (they have night tours for the ones who wish to escape the traffic).

Few perks of choosing Locomo include free breakfast, chai (adrak wali) every evening, hot water baths, hair dryers in all bathrooms, and a paid washing machine service.
