Trampoline Fitness is a new fitness fad that is colouring Mumbai, and India in general. It’s basically a form of workout where you have a trampoline, and you use it to get fitter by burning those calories off. It is a cardiovascular workout, and is currently being run at Rush in Fort – which is also home to a trampoline park for kids.
What We Love
It’s an extremely innovative way of working out, in our opinion. Leading fitness instructor, Bhavna Harchandrai will be taking the sessions and it will be an hour long one.
It comes with a bunch of benefits – it rejuvenates you, works out the muscles and is easy on the joints. It’s a good workout for reinstating body balance, toning your muscles, increasing flexibility and coordination. However, if you have existing issues please make sure to consult with the instructor beforehand. The fee per session is INR 600, or you can also get the monthly package for INR 3,200 {for two classes a week}, or INR 4,000 per month {for class three times a week}.
