What Makes It Awesome?

Auber-Gin is located at Breach Candy level 1 of Hubtown sky bay hall. A pure vegetarian place which has different options like Jain, Non-Jain and a new option I saw was providing gluten-free foods as per your demand. It's good to see such a good place and especially serves only veg food.

Small place but yes service and food quality hide this section very well. As you exit lift you directly step into the restaurant. Very first thing you see is a wide spacious bar table which catches the attention pretty well.

Coming to what we had.
* April Lady: Highly Recommended. A fresh healthy mocktail you find it in unspiked section in the menu. A chilled thick drink carrying mango juice, they blended it with mint, Creamy coconut and vanilla. You fill a creamy and sweet taste. Very impressive
* Pomelo Avocado: A Pretty healthy salad containing a special Citrus fruit called pomelo. This fruit is an Asian fruit related to grapefruit. Slices of avocado in the base, some fresh lettuce, and creamy fennel, to give this salad a creamy and enjoyable taste. Everything was piled up and made beautiful layers. Very unique salad to try out pomelo and unique taste.
* Guacamole On Toast: Guacamole is an avocado-based dip or salad developed firstly by the Aztecs and in present-day Mexico. Slices of baguette french bread toasted well and spread with a layer of guacamole dip. Minor sour and very tasty bite. You can see the healthy aspects they bring in each dishes. Very impressed.
* Charcoal Tacos: Charcoal tacos was something new. It tastes the same as normal tacos which you try out. But auber gin had brought a twist to make tacos with some activated charcoal touch, to give a rich black look. Filled with black beans, Tomato salsa and sour cream. Plate Base was garnished with cabbage.
* Bell Peppers, Capers & Arugula: Arugula is a plant which gives peppery flavour. This flavour was added in the thin crust base of the pizza. Pizza needs some improvements, it was very thin that it is soft like chapati and lost its taste. So a suggestion could be to care about the base. Taste-wise was good, not excellent.
* Beetroot Mac N Cheese: Highly recommended. One of my heart touching the dish of this place. Macaroni pasta with mac and cheese sauce, they gave a unique twist to it by adding roasted beetroot in it. It gave entire pasta bowl beetroot colour and flavours were highly enhanced. Eat them hot because they are served hot and tasty with bread. If you like pasta do try it without fail.

The restaurant is still working on their menu so they will be coming up with the desired dessert section soon. Thank you Auber-Gin for such special and loving hospitality. It was a great experience would surely like to visit again to try out the dessert.
