The spectacular interiors at Typhoon Shelter will leave you amazed and the elaborated LED wall displaying the coastal bays of Hong Kong will give a very port like feeling. The extravagant food and bar menu got us hyped. Har Gau prawn and succulent lamb crystal ball were the best dim sums on the menu. The lamb dim sums are highly recommended since they let you see right through them. Oh! plus they just melt so flawlessly on the palate, leaving extravagant flavours behind.
If you enjoy desserts, then this is just the place to indulge in some of the most unique ones. Although the first dessert served felt quite surreal since it literally looked like we were being served stones! Come to find out these were edible caramel-vanilla and hazelnut crunch stones glazed to look exactly like live ones! Whoever said food is no less than an artist’s work spoke the truth. The next dessert was the Mandarin Orange with cake signifying abundance and good luck.
