Amalfi, with its glorious coastline and azure waters is equally known for its incredible cuisine. And while we may not be able to hop on a flight to fly off to this stunning destination like we dream of doing, we can at least allow our taste buds (and imaginations) to transport us there.

For the first course there's a hearty seasonal vegetable minestrone, the next course is a creamy buratta paired with a fruity grilled peach, then opt for the sun dried tomato with scarmoza arancini with or without chorizo, next up there's either the roast lamb agnolotti or the roast mushroom agnolotti and to end the meal, a kahlua and coffee eclair.
