JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar will be celebrating its 3rd Anniversary on Sunday 22nd April, 2018 with a grand Sunday Brunch, calling it ‘Brunch2’and pronounced as ‘Brunch Square’. The name was conceptualized to indicate twice the merriment, joy, cuisine spread and celebrations on the occasion of the anniversary. Brunch2’will bring together 7 world class chefs and 3 ace mixologists to craft the grand affair. The revelry will be graced by the presence of the culinary excellence of visiting Chef Shi Xilin from the The St. Regis Mumbai and Maharaj Jai Kishen Barik from JW Marriott Hotel Pune. Brace yourselves for marvelous cuisines from all around the world as an assembly of exotic seafood preparations, live stations and sugary delights take over the afternoon and satiate your cravings. The spread will be curated by Executive Chef, Anshuman Bali and will be joined in by his brigade of culinary maestros- Sidney Dcunha, Executive Sous, Rohit Joshi, Chef De Cuisine and Amogh Malvankar, Head Chef, Banquets. The fanfare will include creations like Spinach Ravioli with Butter and Sage, Lamb Ravioli with Pan Gravy, Salmon Ravioli with Zucchini and Cream, Chicken Shawarma, Falafel, Pita, Mezze, Bruschetta & Canapes, Chicken Chilli Oyster, Braised Pork, Prawn Pickle Chilli, Dal Batti Churma Station, Dal Dhokli, Sev Tamatar, Gatta Curry, Dum Aloo Jodhpuri, Kadi Pakoda, Gujrati Kadi, Papad Mangodi, Methi Muthia, Caviar, Alaskan Crab and more. Adding to the already decadent brunch menu will be a prolific full service bar with sparkling wines, signature cocktails, bottomless Bloody Mary’s, Gin & Tonic and signature experiences by Brand Advocate, Karina Aggarwal from Monkey 47 - Schwarzwald Dry Gin and 47 Botanicals. Expert mixologists Rohan Rege from JW Marriott Hotel Pune and Sarita Sharma Sharma from JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar will be spearheading proceedings at the bars and lounges. Santosh Rawat, Executive Pastry Chef is already set to dazzle you with delights like our Rose & Lychee Bavarois, Chocolate Hazelnut Cake, Raspberry Macaroon Cake, Mango Coconut Cake etc., Classic Tarts - Royal Apricot Tart, Linzer Tart, Pear Raspberry Tart, Berry Streusel Tart etc., Live Soft Center Chocolate Soufflé and a special Chocolate Table with more than 30 distinct creations! Entertainment, music and a kid’s zone at the al fresco areas is sure to lift the spirits higher. Kid’s zone will have special activities like face painting, caricature artists, fun games, and other crafts.
