The purpose of BEER SCHOOL is to promote beer literacy and the appreciation of real beer, and to recognize beer tasting and evaluation skills. Our mission is to spread cheer, enlighten and educate candidates about all aspects of beer. Curriculum: History of beer Beer ingredients Brewery tour Brewing process (watch the brewers brew) & the art of pouring a beer The course comes with the added advantage of unlimited beer tasting and unlimited pizza, slider and salad lunch.
