Cast - Adam Dow Ankit Challa Creative By Premal Doshi Adam Dow : Adam is currently the Artistic Director of Improv Comedy Mumbai. He has been working in the field of Improvisational Theater and comedy since the age of 18 in Seattle Washington. Adam’s career started with Franklin high school Theatresports to becoming the founding member of the University of Washington’s Improv group The Collective. During that time he awarded the Mary Gates scholarship for leadership. He started his professional career being an ensemble player with Seattle Theatresports. For the last 7 years he has been living in Mumbai, India in which he started India’s first Improv troupe Improv Comedy Mumbai. He has performed with Boom Chicago in Amsterdam, Impulse Improv festival in Toronto, and Impro in Amsterdam. In 2011 he was nominated as number 9 of people who matter in Mumbai by CNN. He has taken ICM on sponsored festivals to Berlin, Amsterdam, Toronto, and Seattle. He is currently acting on a Sports Comedy show called Funday Football about the ISL for Hot Star. He has performed and worked with such names as Ryan Stiles, Dan Patterson, Colin Mocherie, Russel Peters, and Vir Das. Adam is also a corporate trainer in which he has taught communication, team building and leadership skills to such names as Aditya Birla Sunlife Group, Sony Music, Reliance Red FM, and many more. Adam’s likes are chicken curry and film making. Ankit Challa : is known for his character work and comic timing. He has studied theatre with Barry John Acting Studio. He has been trained at and performed with Improv Comedy Mumbai (ICM) since the inception, has performed at international improv festivals in Berlin, Dubai, Amsterdam and Seattle, and is currently the Managing Director of ICM. He also teaches Improvisation theatre and comedy to aspiring improvisers, comedians, actors and Corporates. Lastly, he has starred in TV commercials for Nerolac, Shopclues. Ankit has also dabbled in Corporate world for a while before his boss caught him two timing with his profession when his ad “Ghanshu” went viral. He loves camera and audience. He has been a part of Improvised Bollywood Shows, Improvise Start up, Game of thrones improvised, one man and Two man show. He along with Avinash participated and showcased Improv to a large audience on “The Great Indian Laughter Challenge”. One of his dream was realised when he performed with the baap of Improv, “Ryan Stiles”. Ankit is a huge fan of Patanjali and does yoga only on World Yoga Day without fail.
