Ever since Restaurateur and Chef Farrokh Khambata brought to Mumbai the Yokka Kan Circle, a menu that is based on seasonal tastes and produce at the newly opened Izaya, the pop up concept has won a large fan following. Farrokh Khambata celebrates the patronage that this special menu has enjoyed over the past few months for the first time, with a Yokka Kan Cookout, a cookery demo of the signature eats from the Yokka Kan menu, followed by a tasting lunch.
Learn how to make four of the signature dishes of the Yokka Kan menu, including the Sushi, Thai Curry, Sa Khoo, and Namelaka. Also, a special skill test will be conducted, winner of which will get a very special prize. The Yokka Kan Circle is also open to registrations for the first time.
