Known to many as the largest book fairs in the city, The Bookish Affair, an event hosted by Ashish Book Centre, is an annual event. There are more than one lakh books from a variety of genres sold here at a discount of up to 85%, in English, Hindi and Marathi.
For those of you who have lived for this every year, head out there!
In case you plan on buying in bulk (like we normally do), we recommend you carry enough cash to make it quicker. Also, it'll be helpful if you carry your own cloth bags to the book fair.
We have always loved their children's collection, meant for all age groups. Apart from this, they have a great collection in fiction and non-fiction too, so if you've got a friend who loves all things books, you know what to get them.
