What Makes It Awesome

Amitav Ghosh's The Glass Palace is a beautiful story about Burma and it's royal family. To celebrate edible book day, The Curious Reader and Miss T have joined hands to bring to you a dinner where you will get a chance to eat authentic Burmese cuisine, but with a literary twist.

Charcoal grilled Cauliflower marinated with miso, tamarind and fresh herbs, served with mango ginger

Tamarind Pork with Coconut Rice
Slow cooked pork belly martea leaves miso, tamarind, oyster and fish sauce, served with mango ginger

Traditional Burmese style hearty vegetarian noodle dish served along with fritters, condiments and house-made sauces
