Chicken Galoutl Kebab : Super juicy chicken mince flavoured with spices and pan fried in ghee.
Dahi ke kabab : Hung curd mixed with cashew and a few spices, and pan fried.
Every bite of this was an explosion of flavour and certainly won our hearts
Chicken malai : Chunks of juicy chicken Malai grilled to perfection and served with makhan
Dal makani and Jeera rice : The all time favourite comfort food strikes all the right chords. Thick and buttery Dal makani with flavourful Jeera rice is always a good idea!
Aloo Bharwan with Laccha Paratha : Stuffed potatoes in a creamy thick gravy. The curry is slightly sweet and rich. We paired this with hot Laccha Parathas
Peru Blush (Mocktail) : A refreshing drink with a base of guava juice, ginger and mint
Rose Margarita (Cocktail) : Vodka with a base of rose syrup. The flavour of the rose syrup brought back childhood memories for sure!
