What Makes It Awesome?

Crafters Tap house inside Haiko mall is one of the gems in the city for letting yourself loose after a stressful day at work. It has become one of the places for people to sit and drink some in-house crafted beers and making some good choice of food. We were there on a weekday during the evening and 80% of the place was full of our surprise especially considering the capacity of the place. There was a quiz planned and the people giving the right answer were given beer. That was good enough reason to involve people into participating.

Passionate Sunrise:- Not many options when it comes to a non-alcoholic beverage with this one suiting the concoction that I prefer. Very strong in flavours, lot of calories as well for sure. Passion fruit syrup was evident in this one. Recommended

Indian spiced potato wedges:- Typical chat flavoured into wedges to go along well with the drinks. Bar bites are predominantly ordered and apart from being good is crowd favourite as well.

Wok tossed mushroom:- Expected more of schezwan styled red chilly preparation, but was more on lines of cilantro pesto. Not bad either. A very different variant on mushrooms that I got an opportunity to try. Go for it mushroom lovers.

Paneer tikka:- 4 pieces of coconut milk tossed Tikki with the usual green chutney. A dish to play safely within terms of taste and portion size. Smooth and soft.

Khimchi fried rice:- Korean cabbage-based fried rice from the oriental section with lotus roots, asparagus and the sambal used in the preparation. the sambal felt weird with asparagus for a bite or 2. Rest to the point. Recommended

Panner chilly pizza:- Never actually tried this combination on the pizza especially with the cheddar on the pizza. Very gooey and the spice goes down due to the cheese. The exotic vegetables blended very well. A good choice and another first time try for me. The paneer can be softer is what I felt. Rest to the point

Beeramisu:- Best of the day with stout beer residue used to prepare it and served in martini styled glass. The texture absolute and taste superb. My day went from good to best. A must order.
