In this fight for survival, we often tend to not pay heed to species who're less powerful than we are. But if you're someone who believes in saving a life, then you must head to Navi Mumbai and give home to helpless indie dogs and puppies. You must be aware of the new airport that is being constructed in Navi Mumbai's Ulwe, which is near Panvel. But this urban move has left 3,500 human beings, and 450 animals displaced. While the humans have been rehabilitated, its the dogs that are bearing the consequences. Most have died out of dehydration, and the pollution brought about by the heavy construction in the area.
But there are good souls like Aditi Parmeshwaran, who along with Bhumi Jeevdaya (a local animal NGO) and Save The Paws, is trying to find a home for the four-legged puppers. This adoption drive is a fight against survival of the fittest, and an appeal to CIDCO (City And Industrial Development Corporation) And you can join her noble cause too, on May 26, in S.S High School, located in Sector 44 of Seawoods Darawe. So move over the posh doggos and get home an indie. Trust us, it's gonna be one of the best decisions of your life.
