Svenska Buffet!
I must give Miro Global Buffet at Svenska Design Hotel huge credits for their buffet. This place has everything from North Indian, Italian, seafood and Chinese dishes. They use top ingredients to elevate the eating experience. The chicken-based dishes stand out here.
The decor is clean, modern and fresh. They have indoor and outdoor seating arrangements. Service was excellent. Even mocktails prepared by Ramchandra were refreshing and unique.
The starters are presented in a tasting style, prepared hot and fresh and can reorder. They also had a salad counter and dessert station.
Drinks- Orange and green tea mojito.
Starter- Sev Puri and Pani Puri, Chicken Crisp.
Pan Fried Basa- Had crispy spicy coating enclosing soft basa meat.
But, awesomeness doesn't end there. They brought another dish of Grilled chicken to my surprise. It was cooked perfectly with medium heat and spice.
Chicken Pizza- Good quality mozzarella cheese and thin crust pizza loaded with chunks of chicken.

🔹Jeera rice and dal Tadka- Very good taste
Dessert:
Dessert was plentiful with the option of Caramel custard, Chocolate brownie, Gulab jamun and Cupcakes.
