What Makes It Awesome?

Aer is located on the 34th Floor of Four Season's, Worli and gives you a spectacular view where you could clearly experience the panoramic horizon & the Arabian see greeting each other. The Sea breeze, Mahalaxmi race course, Worli flyover, Haji Ali, sky scrappers, are some of the breathtaking views from your tableside. At Aer the interiors are modern, has contemporary seating and glass walls which offer views of the city below and the sea beyond. The use of white across the Lounge with the cool sea breeze gives you a Spa-like feeling.

It was a fun evening organized by LBB Mumbai India in association with brands such as Glenmorangie, Hennessy & Belvedere where two great things are a rarity and once in a lifetime opportunity. Am talking about AER - one of the elevated experiences when it comes to a Lounge Sky Bar & PHILIP BISCHOFF, one of Asia top Mixologists, ranked as No. 3 spot on the influential World's 50 Best Bars List.

While the Sun was still shining bright, the evening started with a gentle ice breaker and a welcome drink with a clear focus on how to create that 'Perfect blended Cocktail'. Hailing from Berlin and working across the globe including many financial cities, Philip Bischoff had an interesting take on creating the perfect blend while using the right spirit, and ingredients. We were served a variety of Cocktails which had a base of Glenmorangie, Hennessy & Belvedere and the discussion point was around Liqueur, Measure, Garnish, Shot Glass, Splash, Sugar Syrup, Twist, Double Strained and Bitters.

While the sun eventually disappeared, most of us sunk into our glasses and experienced sheer magic and the simplicity in each of the drink. Truly a masterclass.

What Could Be Better?

The indulgence lasted for 2 hours. Only wished if this could have been a bit longer. That's how good it was..!!
