Interiors designed by Gauri Khan and menu curated by Executive Chef Amninder Sandhu, Arth is a a multi-level restaurant with a unique concept. The dishes are experimental such as chargilled, kalimpong cheese, soft-shell crab with ginger, red chilli and curry leaf. The mains include dishes like the popular Bihari Litti Chokha etc.
