This weekend, you have the chance to learn how to make authentic French macarons with pastry chef Beena Goswami. A one-day workshop, you can pick it up and create delicious homemade eggless macarons for friends and family.
What will you learn in this class? You'll learn the basics of working with aquafaba which is regularly used as an egg replacement in vegan recipes. They'll also teach you how to choose the right aquafaba for your recipe and requirements, plus how to store and prepare it for different recipes. You'll also get a chance to get creative and decorate your macaron creations too and also learn about fun flavour combinations so you get unleash your inner pastry chef!
It's also a limited size batch where each student gets personal attention, and you get to take home the macarons (lime pie, mango, fusion rasmalai, bubblegum and hazelnut crunch) you make in class. All materials are also provided so you don't need to worry about carrying anything along with you.
