While cruising on NH48, we came across this authentic Parsi cuisine family restaurant and bar. A secret tip - This is the only place that serves alcohol and non-vegetarian food on this highway. We stopped by at 8 am (obviously not for alcohol) to have some food before we reached Surat for a day-long meeting.
We loved the ambience which is simple and a typical highway style decor with 90's Bollywood music being played in the background.
The servers were pretty attentive and very eager to serve you Irani tea and Irani bun maska. And believe me, it was the best! He served us two rounds and almost convinced us for the third round. We also ate Salli Par Eedo served with their own baked pao. The Bun is also made by them.
One can hop into their factory outlet shop where you get cookies and other goodies. The coconut cookie macaroon we ate was just super yummy!
