Paniyaram: So fluffy and so soft! Goes well with chutney and sambhar both.
Madhur Vada: This was a winner for us. We never knew about this south indian dish before. They are crisp fried patties made with a mix of rice flour, cream of wheat, all purpose flour, onions and some herbs-spices.
Veg Stew: Loaded with Vegetables and a little touch of coconut. This stew was a perfect combination of healthy and tasty.
Puliyogare: Well done rice with some amazing flavours.
Payasam: Had this good payasam after a long time. It was neither too sweet nor too bland. Just perfect b
Panagia: It's a drink with flavours of lemon juice, jaggery, ginger powder, cardamom powder and black pepper. We liked it cold.
Appam & Malabar paratha: The Appam was very soft and had a sweetish touch to it. And Malabar parathas were buttery and so good! We loved both of them. And they went well with the stew.
We would surely recommend ordering south Indian food from madrasam which has a huge variety of options to offer
