Our Food & Drinks order was as follows:-
Vada Pav Bao served with cutting tea: Refreshing choice where the fusion of Mumbai's favourite street food Vada pav is stuffed inside a soft Bao which surprisingly turned out unique & satisfying in terms of quality, quantity & taste. Loved the dish detailing where Mirchi was place on top of each Bao and cutting chai was served to showcase authenticity
Angara Paneer: the Angara means hot, spicy & that’s exactly what I was served in traditional paneer tikka style which was zingy, tasty & very well plated. A must for Spicy food lovers
Paneer Butter Masala with Cheese Garlic Naan: Paneer Butter Masala with cheese garlic naan is one of my favourite combos. Paneer butter masala gravy was served to pipe hot with fresh ingredients and was medium spicy & full of flavours. Crispy naan stuffed with loads of cheese & garlic which was sprinkled on top.
Motichoor golgappa basundi shots: After a scrumptious meal, desserts to Banta hain & what better than motichoor Gol Gappa basundi shots. Frankly, it’s sweet but boy the combo is amazing. Golgappa’s are stuffed with motichoor laddu & basundi is filled in shot glasses. Pour some on each Gol Gappa & what you get is heaven
