Iranian Jooje kebab-
Juicy chicken marinated with saffron yogert along with other ingredients like persian herbs, onion, olive oil and garlic. Moist and easily breakable. Even presented beautifully with foam attached to leafy stem and stuffed capsicum.
Prawns Flame-
Prawns tossed with garlic, bell pepper and onion. While serving, the dish was flamed with fired vodka providing smokey flavour. Whole process droolworthy and wanting for more.
Green letina nachos-
This super awesome mexican starter made really well. Crispy green colored nachos served with salsa and cream cheese sauce. The combination tasted heaven. We ask for more quanity of creamy cheese and they obliged.
Chicken tikka masala Sizzlers with mini naan-
This is unique. First time having this combination of chicken tikka masala plus mini naans and jeera rice. Impressive combination. I felt the gravy quanity less, they can serve some additional gravy in separate container.
Sizzling brownie-
Basic chocolate brownie and vanilla ice cream on sizzling plate with melted chocolate syrup.
