Fresher 101 with Chef Divesh Aswani

What's Happening

Not all of us have a natural knack for cooking, but there's no doubt that this is a basic skill we ought to cultivate. This workshop conducted by chef Divesh Aswani at the Magazine Street Kitchen in Byculla on August 4 will get you up to speed on a few simple recipes you can recreate with ease in the comfort of your own home.

What's on the menu, you might ask? Well, they've planned a variety of simple options like club sandwich, fried rice, chipotle mac and cheese, Spanish fritatta, and ricotta hotcakes. You'll learn how to prep and make these simple dishes that you won't have any problem making again once you learn the simple, step-by-step methods.

The workshop has a duration of 4 hours, from 11 AM to 3 PM.
