What Makes It Awesome

Bayroute

Bayroute is a fine dining restaurant serving some Middle Eastern dishes like Humus, shawarma, Biryani, baklava, Falafels, mocktails, cocktails etc.....
Loved the Ambience and the Royal service here.....
The staff is very polite and courteous.....
Irfan who served us, was very helpful and explained about all the dishes that we wanted to order.....

The mocktails and cocktails are really refreshing......
Also Falafel is one of the famous snack here.....

We tried some amazing dishes like:-
Cold Mezze :-
1) Humus Bayroute - its made up of Greek yogurt, chic peas, olive oil, garlic, finely chopped basil leaves, zataar and pine nuts, etc... Creamy, rich & healthly humus dip served pita & pickled salad....

Hot Mezze :-
2) Hamid Prawns :- Properly cooked prawns made in butter garlic sauce and some delicious masala.....

Mocktails:-
3) Reyhan - Refreshing orange drink with fresh basil leaves, recommended here...

4) Green Avocado - Thick and creamy avocado mixed with dry fruits, etc... We add a little sugar and then it was just perfect...

Cocktails:-
5) Desert Storm - A whiskey and clove based purple coloured drink served in a beautiful glass encased in a wooden like box surrounded by edible apple sand and infused with dry ice.....

6) Sumac De-Light - a mocktail served in a beautiful glass, enclosed in a brown box infused with dry ice.....

Main Course :-
7) Kebab Koobideh - Yellow rice with beans served along with 2 sticks of shallow fried minced chicken of different flavours, curd. Bell peppers, lettuce leaves and roasted tomato as sider....

8) Salmon Chermoula - A boneless piece of fish served with potato pancakes and tossed salad....

The food is good here but the deserts stole the Lime Light and my heart too...
One of the desert that you should never miss over here is the Baklava.....

9) Baklava - A yummy Turkish Baklava stuffed with pistachio, gulkand, layer of ice-cream and dry ice infused edible rose petals 🌹... Most favourite and a must try dish here....

I also loved the
10) Shukulata Al Habib - It is a dark chocolate ball half filled with chocolate mousse on its base with lots of caramelized and roasted Almonds all over, & remaining half filled with Brownie cubes, dark chocolate cubes and garnished with edible flowers and edible gold, pinkish syrup as base and much more colorful eye-catching drama added to it....
It was showered with popping Candies which gives out a crackling sound once you put it in the mouth.....
Will visit again soon....
