Spoiler alert: Bayroute's newest chapter is as breathtaking as the other locations! Situated inside High Street Phoenix mall, this place is spread across two floors. The lower floor has artificial lights and is a bit tightly packed. It's the upper level that took my breath away. The signature hot air balloon like cluster of chandliers, then a vast space lit up with natural lights coming from the French style windows overlooking the mall premises.
This Bayroute is yet to acquire their liquor license. So we had their classic Lotus Biscuit shake, some Rose Tea, which was delicious, and some Arabic Date Palm Shake, which was so rich and thick.
Among food, I tried their Muhamarra from the Cold Mezzes and it tasted identical to other locations where I had in the past. Their Chello Kabab is something I would highly recommend. It has a bit of everything, from rice to sunny side up egg to lamb seekh kabab, it is sure to tickle your taste buds!
For desserts, we tried Hamuru and Chocolate Fondant. The former is beautiful and pristine in presentation. And the phyllo pastry laters were sooo crunchy! The latter is a heavenly dish for chocolate and ice cream lovers for sure. Try it to believe it!
This one is a great addition to the Bayroute lineage, and I absolutely would recommend everyone to experience it :)
