Aditi Goel, had a dream which she turned into reality with her recently launched venture, Pie & Co.
Pie and Co aims at selling comfort, quick and cheat meals. All pies are handmade/artisanal and freshly baked. The brand is an infusion of flavours from India and Australia and a tribute to the two culinary journeys that Chef Aditi has experienced and learnt from.
Every pie is handcrafted and ‘ crammed to the crust’ with mouthwatering flavours of various meats, mushrooms and even Mac N Cheese, all encased in a hand-finished pastry and a shortcrust base.

Along with the pie, comes a side of creamy mash potatoes, together as the perfect portion for one person!
Pie and Co started as a home business during COVID to understand the markets' response and then moved to open its first delivery kitchen in Bandra.
The brand serves a total of 19 pies, both savoury and sweet.
This is a QSR brand with a philosophy to sell fresh food cooked daily. Pie & Co. uses no frozen products and believes in using the best quality ingredients.
Chef Aditi has been working on this brand since the last 4 years when she was a contestant on a tv show GOT GRILLED by the best F& B gurus of India - Mr Riyaaz Amalani and Chef Sarah Todd.
With a dream and a target on her shoulder she kept working on perfecting the product and creating a business model around it.
