Bombay Earth is a pure vegetarian Multi cuisine restaurant located inside Eskay Resorts in Borivali West. Bombay Earth is huge, very well spread, good interiors, tables are set up neatly & offers comfortable sofa seating. Bombay Earth offers decent decor, lively ambience, polite and attentive staff who take care of all your needs & make your food experience delightful.

* Cream of Mushroom - Basic roux is thinned with cream or milk & Mushroom is added.
* Manchow Soup - Medium Spicy Chinese style soup consisting of assorted vegetables & served with fried noodles.
* Minestrone Soup - Tomato based soup containing Cheese & Pasta. You can also use macaroni.
* Cocktail Soup - Bombay Earth special soup especially curated for their guest.

* Tandoori Platter - A Nice mix of Paneer Tikka, Sheekh Kebab, Tandoori Mushroom, Aloo, Baby corn & Cauliflower marinated with tandoori.
Continental:
* Spicy Cheese Qhaboos - One portion serves 5 Decent sized Qhaboos which is stuffed with chilli, onion, tomato, cheese and cucumber on the side.
* Mexican Roll - One portion serves 8 compact sized tortillas stuffed with beans, corn which is initially prepared in bbq sauce & then wrapped inside each tortilla by adding salsa and mayonnaise on top.

* Paneer Hunan - Soft paneer pieces perfectly cooked in Hunan sauce.
