So, where did the inspiration come from? From Josh’s trip to Hong Kong, where he became obsessed with the concept of ‘bubble waffles’. In Hong Kong, they usually make these waffles with eggs, except Josh decided make his waffles with 100% vegetarian ingredients.

The most unique thing about these waffles, apart from looking like tiny bubbles is that you can also opt to infuse any of their ingredients {Nutella, peanut butter, butter scotch and more} while the batter of the waffle is being made. Which means, you bite into the waffle, and it’s the most sinful bite.

They have Nutella, blueberry explosion, peanut butter, butterscotch and more. The waffles are priced differently, starting at INR 160 upward. These waffles come laden with ice-cream as well {there’s vanilla, strawberry, butter scotch and chocolate}. In case, you’re looking to skip the ice cream, they’ll deduct INR 30 off your bill.
