    Cut Or Carve: There's A Butchery Class Happening In The City And We Have The Meat

    What Is It?

    Have you struggled with the idea of making stuffed chicken or carving a turkey for dinner? If it has ended up in blood, sweat and tears, lean in. A butchery class is being hosted by Savour Experiences. You get to learn hands-on knife skills and butchery techniques for lamb, fish and chicken. The class will be presided over by their in-house expert butchers and will be followed by a meal. It’s all happening on Friday, August 25 from noon till 2pm.
