From jazzing up boring food to appeasing our tastebuds, spicy and hot sauces have almost always been a saviour in my household. Whether it's a crunchy starter or khichdi, these can magically transform any Indian dish. Given I love these bottles full of flavour so much, I was happy and super excited when I stumbled upon The Sauce Co., kickstarted by Mumbai-based foodie, Riddhi Murpana. A lockdown baby, these guys aim at adding a dash of flavours to your everyday food.
A small start, they've launched with three flavours: Honey Chipotle, Chilli Garlic and Red Pepper. I was especially excited when I read honey chipotle. A combo of sweet, smoky and spicy, this one's has always been my favourite. And we also hear that's their most loved and signature sauce. However, if you're one who loves all things spicy, definitely opt for their red pepper sauce. Maybe, keep some tissues handy (just kidding!).
