Tell Me More
Cafe Delhi Heights – founded by Usha Batra, and taken forward by her sons Sharad Batra and Vikrant Batra, started off in Crosspoint mall in Gurgaon. The cafe is slated to open in August {so we’ve been told} and will approximately be a 92-seater with an outdoor seating area. The decor will have the same aesthetics as the Delhi/NCR cafes but they will be adding a dash of Mumbai’s flavour to it.
It’s a casual cafe offering up comfort food and some great cocktails. Our favourite from the cafe is the juicy lucy burger {INR 445} stuffed with lamb mince, open chicken burger {445} and more. The food is desi but with a modern take on it. The live kitchen model from their Crosspoint mall outlet will be replicated here as well, along with sheesha that can people can enjoy.
From their selection of cocktails, find long island iced teas in at least six flavours, margarita in four flavours and other unique cocktails. May we add, the cocktails are served in huge glasses and are pretty darn on point.
So, We're Saying...
We’re really looking forward to a part of Delhi coming to Mumbai and that too in the office hub of Kamala Mills. The work for the decor has just begun and we can expect the launch to be finalised sometime in mid-August.
Stay tuned here for the launch date and a sneak peak of the space.
