Little did I know that Nashik's favourite 'Chai Tapri' outlet has now made its way to Mumbai {Fort, opposite CST station} when visited last week. This small tea shop serves regular, special and iced teas with snacks such as Khari {biscuits}, Maggi and chilli toast.
The decor is minimal with a few stools and wooden benches, giving a feel of actual chai thelas in the city. {FM, on high volume too}. I absolutely love their hanging lamps {wait, or hanging tea pots?}. Tea rates start at INR 12.
