In frame – Chicken Cafareal, Ros Omelette, and Brownie Shake.
1) Chicken Cafareal - (4/5) This is chicked cooked in green gravy and is combination of coriander, green chilles and very minimalistic of other ingredients. The chicken is soft, tender and absorbs the taste of the gravy. This is served with poee, which is a very soft bread. The combination of all is simply great.
2) Ros Omelette (5/5): This dish is a combination of egg omelette and a thin gravy to supplement it. The gravy is thin and contains all the spices to complement the omelette. There is a subtle but a excellent taste to the entire dish. This again is also served with poee and the entire combination of subtle spices mixed gravy and omelette with poee is excellent.
3) Brownie Shake (5/5): This is as it should be, absolutely perfect, pin point on the sweetness and topped with chocolate brownie. This will surely refresh your taste buds.
