Poori baatein: Amritsari Chole, Palak Paneer, Puri, Laccha Pyaz Aur Achar. A delicious, homely meal. I loved everything. The flavours are quite authentic. Especially the chole. Well balanced, flavorful and delicious. The Bhaturas could be better, masala puri was good.
