On my recent road trip from Delhi to Dharamshala, we stopped by at a dhaba in Haryana. This creamy matka kulfi was nothing like your regular kulfi-- a perfect way to beat the heat. Priced at Rs.50/-, what I loved about this was the cute matka that came with it.
